What to expect at the 2026 General Assembly

Our Annual General Assembly is the highest policy-making body of the cooperative. Here's what's on the agenda this year.

The Annual General Assembly is the most important event in the cooperative’s year. It’s where members elect the Board of Directors, approve the previous year’s reports, set the development plan, and decide on major matters.

When and where

Annual GAs are held within 90 days of the close of the fiscal year, at the principal office or another venue announced at least one week in advance via written notice and our official channels.

Order of business

  1. Call to order
  2. Declaration of quorum (requires 25% of voting members)
  3. Reading and approval of previous GA minutes
  4. Presentation and approval of reports — BOD, officers, committees, audited financials
  5. Unfinished business
  6. New business — election of directors and committee members, approval of the annual plan and budget, hiring of the external auditor
  7. Announcements and adjournment

Who can vote

All regular members who have paid their share capital subscriptions, are not delinquent, have completed continuing education, and have patronized the cooperative’s services are entitled to one vote — regardless of how many shares they hold.

If you’d like to confirm your voting eligibility for this year’s GA, please contact the office.
